Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
